We offer various forms of support, such as mentoring, peer support, and individual skill development, to help our participants receive volunteer assistance within their homes or community and enhance their abilities. This can include attending appointments, shopping, paying bills, engaging in social activities, and staying connected.
Our support assists participants in obtaining or keeping appropriate accommodations. This may involve helping them apply for a rental tenancy or fulfilling the tenancy obligations outlined in their agreement.
Our daily personal activities service is designed to help individuals maintain their hygiene and self-care routines. This may include showering, toileting, and changing clothes, all done in their homes. We aim to provide participants the support they need to develop their skills and independence in completing daily tasks.
Transportation is essential to enable individuals with disabilities to access the support they need beyond their homes, allowing them to achieve their goals as outlined in their plans whether arranging for specialised transportation or coordinating public transportation options, ensuring safe and reliable transport is crucial to the success of disability support programs.
We offer help with everyday tasks for those living in a group or shared living situation. Our goal is to assist with daily life activities and encourage independence for each individual. Support is tailored to the needs of those living in the shared arrangement.
The Innovative Community Participation support is intended to assist providers in delivering fresh and innovative services to participants. It is available for mainstream providers who wish to help participants access mainstream activities. The provider must comply with all relevant industry standards. All services claimed under this support must be reasonable and necessary to enable the participant to achieve their plan goals.
Our support provides personalised training for life skills, including public transportation education, community participation, and personal independence. We also offer group training to improve daily living skills and access to providers for essential skills like tax preparation, resume building, and money management. We aim to help individuals maintain independence and thrive.
Household tasks are important for maintaining a comfortable home environment, but sometimes participants may require assistance. Providers can offer support with essential tasks such as cleaning, gardening, basic indoor and outdoor home maintenance, laundry and meal preparation.
This service involves helping or supervising a participant in their participation in community, social, recreational, or economic activities. These supports can be given in different settings, like a community or a centre. This includes taking them on shopping trips, appointments, leisure activities etc.
Plan Managers help participants manage their NDIS budgets, claims, and payments to service providers. They also maintain records and provide regular financial statements. Plan Managers give participants access to a wider range of service providers and pay invoices from other providers.
Specialised Driver Training service includes assistance with driving skills, education, and more. Our team can help you study for your learner’s permit and provide you with the tools and resources you need to become a confident and safe driver.
Our service enables providers to organise group and centre-based activities for participants. These activities can include dance and cooking classes in group settings and sports like soccer and basketball in centre-based environments. This allows participants to enjoy various events and activities of their choosing.
The combination of exercise physiology and personal training helps individuals maintain their health and well-being by addressing their dietary needs and providing physical exercise. This approach enhances mobility, independence, and overall health.

There are three levels of support coordination, each serving different types of clients, including those managed by the Agency.
